About Ryan Flegal
Ryan Flegal practices a client-focused real estate business with a strong emphasis on marketing and negotiation. He has successfully negotiated and closed real estate sales and leases for entertainment industry properties such as recording studios and historic theatres, office properties, restaurants, multi-family residential, condos and many single family homes.
Previously, as partner and co-owner at the Santa Monica Century 21 franchise he co-managed a team of over 30 real estate agents and led training classes on state of the art technology-based marketing tools and resources. He received the Centurian award as a top selling agent in the Century 21 system nationwide. Though the experience of co-owning a major real estate franchise was tremendous, Ryan really wanted to focus on serving his clients rather than managing an office. He worked with two boutique real estate firms in Marina Del Rey and Beverly Hills before opening his own real estate company, PropertyMix, Inc.
Privately, Ryan developed his own project, the Green Lofts, in South Los Angeles, an inner-city environmentally responsible adaptive use project converted from a former light bulb factory. Located across the street from a light rail station, the Green Lofts is a demonstration of an affordably-constructed green building. The renovation of the property aired as an episode of the Discovery Home Network television show “Greenovate.”
He was once named one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People on the Westside” by the local section of the Los Angeles Times. Both his business and personal life is strongly governed by his principles. He loves to travel and from October of 1992 to January of 1994 Ryan pedaled 12,000 miles on a solo bicycle tour from Los Angeles to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
